"I have thoroughly enjoye making soup since purchasing this soup-maker, it is a delight to use. It is sturdily made and a lovely edition to my kitchen. A couple of things I would note, however - and only minor points to raise - is that it is a little trickly to clean the bottom of the blender. It would be really useful if the bottom, blender blades unscrewed, as it would make clearning more efficient, even though it does have a self-clean facility, this would still be useful. The other point is when pouring the soup, soup can drip between the glass blender and the inner lip of the base, which is a little tricky to clean and needs rinsing straight away to get rid of. Other than this, it is absolutely delightful, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product. It is worth the price."

"Love this soup maker along with my mini chopper soup is made in double quick time and so much better to know I can walk away while it cooks. Homemade means I know how much salt and sugar is in the soup!"

"great the first two time used the third time stopped working mid stream one of the pins inside broke off so returned Iy to shop I was so dissapointed"

Ideal for the serious soup maker

"This gadget lets you cook your soup, stir it during the cooking process and then blend it to your own preference. All in the one machine. A host of interesting soup recipes come with it which are worth trying.
Produces enough soup for 4 people at a time and it takes around 20 to 25 minutes for the cooking process depending on the recipe and ingredients. It will fry off chicken and/ or vegetables before you add the rest of the ingredients.
Easy to follow instructions but be careful washing up afterwards. The glass container and it's base get very hot during the cooking process and the blending blades are very sharp. We have found it better to let the soup cool down in the machine if we are not using the soup straight away.
It will also smash up ice and make cocktails, if that interests you!
It's what serious soup makers have been waiting for albeit somewhat pricey."
