makes lovely chips

"Quite impressed with this fryer. Have only used it to make chips so far, and they were lovely, although I used a lower heat level than recommended as not fond of super brown chips. Also, the handle folds down into the oil for storage which is not ideal, and unfortunately the fryer was turned on while the handle was inside and it melted.
