Good Mini Mixer & Variable Speed.

"Normally I would buy a Kenwood, Morphy Richards, Breville or the like, but this was a spare small mixer for our caravan so it did not matter too much if it was not up to much. Wrong again Richie; this is a good machine with a good sized bowl and dough hook as well as mixer blades and it has a sturdy base. The blade release is easy to use and feels like it was built to last. The variable speed makes it easy to whisk egg whites/cream, make sponges, pastry or dough. The motor is powerful enough to run on high speed for a couple of minutes to get the egg whites nice and stiff, and the bowl is a good enough size to cope. Perhaps it needs slightly more cable, and perhaps some more attachments, but bearing in mind the price it is a worthwhile addition, and unlike most spaghetti, or sausage makers you are unlikely to push this to the back of the cupboard."

"its a great gadget for the kitchen and great value for money.only downside i have is that i found it hard a few times to eject the beaters but that was when it was first bought.After a few uses its been great."
