Good but not family size

"I bought this as a replacement for my original George, the heavy round one as the plates were getting to bad. This one was ok, although seems far to small to be family size, it is about the size of a breville sandwich maker, i took it back and bought the party size, which i would say is more family size. Worth paying the extra. No timer or temperature controll on them but dont seem to matter too much i always had it on high anyway. Like i said i'd only buy this one if you want a small maybe individual or couple sized one"

"Had an old George Foreman grill for many years that was very good but unfortunately packed up recently so was looking for a replacement. My old one didn't have a temperature control so it didn't bother me that this one didn't either. Well, I used this new one half a dozen times and every time it was the same - the outside of the food burnt within a minute or two and the inside of the food was still cold/uncooked. Took it back for a refund and will have to look out for one with a temperature control - very disappointed."

"Love this, It does the job it's supposed to do. gets hot very quickly, takes no time to cook a steak and mushrooms take seconds while the steak is standing. Easy to clean!"
