"I bought this item to make shakes for my girls and myself. One of my first steps to becoming healthy. I made a combi shake and both my girls loved it.
G8 thing about this is that you can take everything apart and wash it with ease.
I haven't tried it with ice yet...I'm sure it'll work. the jug itself is very thick and looks very strong.
Best thing about it and the reason why I bought it was because of the storage. Very compact. Love it!"

Compact but has blending power!

"I was looking for a replacement for my old blender which was good and practical as the bottom came off, meaning you could get all the food inside and was a pleasure to clean. Having read some of the reviews thought this was ideal as I'm short on cupboard space and this, like my previous blender, comes apart for easy cleaning. So far I have blended lentils (for an asian snack) easily and made lovely strawberry and ice-cream smoothies. The blender really breaks everything down and fast. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to others. I almost forgot to mention that the blender has 4 suction caps at the bottom which hold it in place so it's not falling off the counter when powered on! The only thing I would have liked is a grinder attachment for small amounts of spices, but pleased nevertheless."
