"I have recently become interested in Smoothies, so I needed a blender. i didn't want to buy a really expensive one until i was sure I would use it. Hence the Philips HR2160/50. It is very good, for what it cost. I have used it every day for 2 weeks and it has done what it needed to do admirably. The only question is....how long will it last? The one thing that I don't like is the fact that the lid doesn;t detach from the jug for cleaning.....apart from that, I would've given it 5 stars!"
