"Liked the idea of this Hot cup water dispenser but just did not live up to my expectations.Had to use a huge mug as it dispenses quite a lot of water and you cannot vary the amount,so ended up throwing away some as i wanted to use my usual mug.That apart it was also quite noisy.Also had to have the water level between a min and max level and this meant reboiling the same water over and over which is not what i like to do.Stuck at the back of a cupboard now and went and got a "normal" kettle."

"I'm always a bit sceptical on the reviews, you don't know if their made up just to sell the product?
I brought this item (Breville one cup) because I live alone, (no point boiling a kettle with a load of water in)
It does what it says it does, fill your mug with hot water.
I tend to add the coffee, switch it on whilst I get ready for work, within seconds its done. I have a mug of coffee ready to go...
For me, its prefect.
Is there a down side?? I don't think so, I will say its noisier than a kettle, other than that, its brilliant."
