"Bought this as a replacement for a rice cooker that I've had for years, but sadly 'died'. Reviewed all options and plumped for this one, and pleased with my choice. Does exactly what it says it should do, and has the added bonus of having a detachable cable, which I consider essential, how often do you try to remove a piece of equipment from the cupboard and end up pulling out more than one because the cables have got tangled up. Great product, well chuffed."

"Perfect rice in no time at all even threw in some chopped veg and chicken - really tasty as alm the flavours just steam together!

"This is a nice looking product but I did not get on with it at all. Having tried numerous variations of using the specified amount of water, extra water, more time, less time and each time getting a soggy clump of rice, I gave up and have put it away to use as a vegetable steamer if my present one packs up."

"its about time i got a rice cooker and was even more convinced to get one when i saw this one on sale!
the rice came out well but had to make more than i wanted. not really useful if u just want to make rice for one person.
the steamer is very good, i have used it to steam vegetables and dumplings. very quick and easy to do.
im pleased with my purchase and even more so as i got it at a bargain price!"
