Hi,

Thank you for your question.

I have looked into your query and I can advise that the Cookworks Chocolate Fountain ? Silver - 420/0576 requires a maximum of 900g or 2 lbs of chocolate for use.

Thank you for using Q&A.

Answer:
You can just select the 'heat' button on this product which stops the flow but keeps the bowl itself warm, and therefore the chocolate fluid. If you want to use the fountain a couple of hours later you can just switch it back to 'heat & flow' to start the fountain pouring the chocolate from the top.
