"The fire looks good and the flame effect is nice. Easy to install but if you don't have a full 70mm of inset space then you'll need to make a spacer as Dimplex don't make one for this model and I couldn't find anyone on-line that did. I made a spacer frame using 40mm edging/skirting board, then sprayed it black with BBQ paint. My wife didn't even notice it!"

"Bought this to fill in the hole left when we had a gas fire removed. Did the job perfectly. Comes with a 13 amp plug fitted. The dancing flame effect is very good. This is a blower heater. There are 3 switches- 1 for the flame effect, and 2 for each killowatt of heating. Great value."

"Absolutely delighted with this fire, excellent quality! Family and friends initially thought real coal fire, 'living flame' realistic. Fan quiet and generates good heat output.Visually looks more expensive. Only minor improvement would be to extend lead."
