Customer reviews and ratings

De'Longhi Vento 2kW Oil Filled Radiator. 4.7 5 39 42
Very good radiator Bought radiator for elderly couple. Bedroom is quit big so was really good support to worm it up during the night. Happy 19 November 2014
best oil filled radiator so far After reading a couple of negative review regarding this radiator I decided to buy one, the bedroom for what is used is about 13sqm with a slope ceiling, and I have to say it does magic, heats up fast, hence additional timer plugged cos thermostat is fine but not great. Strongly recommend for a small rooms 19 November 2014
The older style heater works well. This is the older style heater with "tubular fins" that has three heater power settings plus a thermostat. It gets hot quite quickly and you can feel the heat coming off it. The attached wheels mean you can easily move it to where required ... but it's quite heavy if you need to lift it. 19 November 2014
Reliable and effective I have bought two of these now and find them reliable and effective. I like the fact that it has the manual dial timer rather than the digital versions as it's quicker to alter and check. I also like the fact that the wheels fold out and away easily. They are heavier to move about than the eco oil-free ones though. 21 October 2014
Brilliant! Great product. I have a mobile home and this works great in the living room instead of having to use calor gas all the time which is more costly. 18 March 2014

Answer:
yes as long as the cable is rated correctly i.e. it will say how many watts it can handle. You need one that can handle over 2000 watts, if it is a reel ensure it is fully unwound.

Answer:
Hello, Prasad.

Yes, the De'Longhi Vento 2kW Oil Filled Radiator is compatible with external timers.

If the De'Longhi Vento 2kW Oil Filled Radiator is switched ON, and you switch it OFF at the mains, it'll turn off. When you switch the mains ON again, it'll turn the De'Longhi Vento 2kW Oil Filled Radiator back ON also, provided it is still switch ON on the product itself.

I hope this helps.

It doesn't make any noise. There is a very slight click as it turns itself on and off. It is silent.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into your query and I can advise that the De'Longhi Vento 2kW Oil Filled Radiator - 415/2693 will use 2KWH of electricity whilst it is on. How much electricity it will use overall will be determined by how long it takes to heat the room to the set temperature and how often it needs to switch on to maintain that temperature.

Thank you for using Q&A.
