Customer reviews and ratings

Argos Value Range 2kW Convector Heater. 4.6 5 739 827
In time for winter Picked up two of these, for two separate average sized rooms, as top-up heaters in addition to the storage heaters I usually run over winter. 3 settings to choose from and thermostatically controlled. I plan to set it and forget it, though adjustable and lightweight enough to easily re-locate where ever needed. Quick and easy to assemble the feet. Good size, good price, good heat, unassuming, silent. And as always easy & convenient to reserve-and-collect from local Argos store. 15 August 2014
Good little heater This is very good value. I haven't used it yet because the weather has been too warm - I bought it so I'm ready for the colder weather. I tried it and it works well, was easy to put together, and isn't too big for a small flat. 23 July 2014
This heater is great heats up really quickly and heats the room in no time would recommend over some of the more expensive heaters 14 June 2014
Handy Lightweight Backup As I have storage heaters in my house, I bought this as a back up for days like today when I've switched my heating off but could do with some on. It has 3 heat settings which are very useful & effective. It stores away easily & is very light. 05 June 2014
Great product I got this for a conservatory as it gets cold at night. I have hung it on the wall and its great for the price. Very happy with this heater. Would recommend. 03 June 2014

I've had the heater about 2 months and have used it about 5 times in total. However, whenever I turn the heater on regardless of what settting I put the dial on, it cuts out every 30 seconds or so before turning back on. So in essence it turns on and off regularly every 30 seconds. It is doing very little to heat the room up which is a pain. Anyone with a similar issue? Anything I can do?
