Argos Value Range 2kW Upright Fan Heater. 4.3 5 662 760
Fan Heater Bought for use in touring caravan, great little heater. 09 September 2014
Perfect for camping This little powerhouse certainly warmed up our tent when the sun went down and no doubt the cooling function will keep us cool should we ever find ourselves camping in the heat! 09 September 2014
Nice little fan The fan works fab, and will warm a room very quickly, which is rather important with winter approaching. Don't be a numpty like me though and hold it in your hand when you first turn it on as it won't work! It's got a safety button on the bottom and it will only work when this is pressed so you've got to stand it upright for the fan to work - an excellent idea really....I thought it was broken....turns out I'm just a nitwit! A great buy. Would recommend 09 September 2014
Excellent product for the price We used this on a recent camping trip in a tent. Kept it running all night, no problem. Automatically switches off at a certain temperature and has a safety switch on the bottom so if it gets knocked over it turns off. Would definitely recommend and at a fantastic price too! 09 September 2014
Wee heater Excellent wee heater, just what we wanted 09 September 2014

Am a bit confused about watts and amps. If we wanted to use this on cool setting only - will it still have the full 2k output, or is it lower on the cool setting. We will be on electric hook up in France where the ampage may be lower than here (3 or 6)

Answer:
On the cool setting the unit will only use the amount of electricity required to drive the fan motor which will simply act as a fan and blow out air which will appear cool. This will be much less than 2 Kilowatts. The 2 Kilowatts refers to the maximum amount of electricity ( volt x Amps ) that is used when the unit is in the maximum heating mode.
Hope this helps?
