"I spent a lot of time reviewing a small Hoover that worked from the mains and this is without a doubt a superb purchase. It's a powerful, lightweight and effective hoover. if you're thinking of buying this item, think no more, get it!"

MUCH better than you would think!

"This is a truly unique vacuum cleaner. It is handheld, yet operates from 240V mains. 900W but its suction feels stronger than many other much higher wattage cleaners'. It comes with a huge number of attachments, including an almost full-size head and 2x plastic tubes, so actually you can turn this little cleaner into a kind of semi-upright-cleaner (the description does not say this for some reason). Don't be deceived by the small size, you can clean you whole flat/house with it. For us it never overheated, not even after 30 min continuous use. And it has 6m cable (regular cleaner come with 5m) and that can make a differece - in our case from the entrance hall socket it reaches to even the farthermost points of our flat. Only thing is that it is a good idea to empty the cyclonic chamber after each use. Truly excellent!!"

Worse ever purchase

"I bought this product thinking it had all the features I needed and more. I only used it once and this is what happened. I vacuumed and it was perfect. So I thought it is wonderful. Then I tried to empty it straight away to keep it in mint condition as it was brand new. As i was doing that the compartment just fell apart. I took it back immediately to the store and the sales assistant was as shocked as I. He went to get another one to see if the same thing would happen to another one and it was the same. So my recommendation is do not buy it until the manufacturers figure out the solution to the problem. Odd!!"

Good powerful cleaner

"After researching on and off for couple of days, I selected this hand-held vacuum. A bag containing all the extentions and heads are included which none of the stores mention in their description. With the long extention tube, you do not have to bend down when vacuuming, the short head included with the tools is ideal for the stairs, together with suction, it does the job well. Because of the light and small size of the vacuum, I find that we are using our larger cleaner a lot less; we are also saving money on electricity because this smaller vacuum uses half the power than our big one. If you use the vacuum for long periods (eg 15 minutes ) without resting it, it will turn itself off for a short while. Emptying the dust is a little fiddly but after few times, you master it. Altogether it is a good solid vac with 2 years guarantee. I will buy the insurance though because of the heavy usage it will be getting."
