"Took a few times to get used to it because of the flexibility but its so much easier to use than my old Dyson! Just beware though, check out the instructions before trying to empty it. I learned the hard way when the contents ended up back all over the floor!!"

"Brought this as already had dysons and decided to take Argos up on the trade your old Hoover for discount. This Hoover is lighter than my other one and found it easier to move on certain floors. Picks up animal hair really well especially good as my dog is very hairy. The only negative is the bar for the hose feels like it could break under too much pressure but you got the warranty. Would always buy a dyson."

Had a small dc24 before and thought that was awesome this is bigger and better. Lightweight picks up minute particles great for allergies, great for pets, kids and all floors. Once you have a ball Hoover you won't go back. 5 year guarantee on all dysons free parts and repairs easy to get hold of call centre open all hours. My house is spotless this cleans everything with ease has long hose for stairs various tools inc small version brush to do sofa. For the price my husband wanted it to cook the dinner too afraid it doesn't but I definitely reccomend you get one."

"hoovered carpet with our old hoover first to see if the dc41 was more powerful, what a shock!!!! 4 inch of thick solid heavy dust in bag from our living & dining room carpets, so embarressed felt like a right minger haha. For anyone with allergies this hoover is a must, we thought our old hoover was doing the job but obviously it was only picking the surface hair and muck up from our 4 pooches, while the dc41 extracts it from deep in the fibres. Still getting used to the ball though, dont think iv got the knack yet, but brill cleaning power"
