"Straight forward and easty to handle. Flex is a good length and enables you to clean without constantly re-siting plug. Very good pick up and easy to manouver and empty. Slightly heavier than I would wish but easily balances on a stair."

"well I must say, I am a bit gutted. I have used this twice and i have to take this back tomorrow for a replacement. Discovering your hoover has broken after 2 uses, just before friends are due at your house for a party is not good timing."
