"It wasnt what i expected found it hard to push and instructions what instructions there is none just user guide that says how to put together and what the tools are for not how to use the product."

"Bought this steam cleaner to replace one which I previously had and was very disappointed in it.
Tried it once and found it left my tiled kitchen floor extremely wet so much so that half way through cleaning the floor I had to dry the part of the floor I had cleaned with kitchen towel.
Had I not done this I don't know how long it would have taken my floor to dry. There was no control for flow of steam but if you didn't keep your finger on steam button when using it then you would have been cleaning with a cold dirty pad. Returned the cleaner and will now purchase same model which I previously owned."

How did i ever live without this.

"This steam mop is like my new best friend! i love it, you don't have to stop too often to fill up and even when you do it takes literally 30 secs to heat back up. I use the water from my tumble dryer so its streak free and smells nice, Don't know how i lived without this mop, its quicker than the conventional mop and bucket but without the mess of the bucket and stuff. The handheld i don't get on with so well it good for walls/ tiles etc cooker hobs ... not too impressed with the window attachment but all in all a fantastic buy and i would recommend"

"I may review the actual product later when I've used it but will put up a preliminary warning to others. The Argos catalogue and the Vax packaging all say 2 years guarantee but when I registered it online they sent a one year guarantee confirmation.
I queried this using the reply address on the guarantee confirmation and got mine corrected. Maybe they will fix their system and maybe they won't so check your guarantee length."
