"Poor suction, should say will pick up nothing bigger than a crumb, but that would be pushing it. Brought to hoover the car, not much good for that."

"This is a handy little vacuum cleaner that does what it says it will. Quite a strong suction and the charge lasts well. Ideal for cleaning up crumbs and seed spat out by a messy bird, (which is why I bought it ), but it works well on the stairs too. It won't pick up pet hairs but then I didn't expect it to. A good buy."

"The Handy Hoover does a great job, picking up crumbs and cat hairs. I also used it on the stairs very successfully.
My only reservation concerns the crevice tool. I couldn't pull it out without fear of breaking it. Someone bolder and stronger than me eventually forced it out, but I'm afraid to return it to its housing."
