"The suction was unbelieveable...never had a vacuum with this much power! Has two settings to allow for hard floors and carpet. Small and compact...just great for any flat! Very pleased with this piece of German engineering and I wished I had listen to my sister when she recommended miele to me previously!"

"I have 4 cats, one of them a Persian so I needed a good vacuum designed for pets. This one is great. I rarely use the 'Cat & Dog' turbo brush as I find the regular head is fine. There are 6 settings but the suction is so good I keep it on the 4th (silent) setting."

"I was a little reluctant to pay, what I thought, was a lot of money for a replacement vacuum cleaner, but this machine is worth every penny. It cleans extremely well, is lightweight and I've really noticed the difference in the appearance of my carpets. I would definitely buy another Miele product again."

"Ive had 2 Miele vacuums now and both have been top quality...The bonus with this one is it has a pet hair removing brush which works brillianly...Dont be tempted to buy anything cheap because Miele know how to make a vacuum cleaner..."
