"I can't recommend this product highly enough. I have often bought lower priced vacuums in the past but they simply didn't do the job. This machine is powerful, light and easy to use and cleans up the hairs from my many pets without any problem at all."

"I purchased this product on the recommendation of my Mother, Sister and Daughter. Having gone through about 3 different cheaper hoovers 1 an upright and 2 cylinders, 1 of which was also supposed be good for pet hairs, I decided to pay a bit extra and get the Rolls Royce of cylinder hoovers and I am not disapointed. My Mum and Sister have had theirs for years and still wouldn't have any other, so that says it all doesn't it!"

"had a similar older model I purchased about 3 years ago which found its way to my daughter's house. So I bought this.
Pick up of pet hair is good - but it is very noisy. This one frightens my cats more than the older model did."

"after making hard work for years of trying to keep a lovely home free of cat hair with two cats, i decided to invest in specialist vaccum cleaner. i had read great reviews on this product and are not disappointed. this vac is not too heavy, the cord is extra long and goes all the way upstairs in my old victorian house with high ceilings and perfect for making a lightweight job picking up cat hair. cleaning up white cat hair from a dark shaggy pile rug is now a two minute job making cleaning an easy chore and leaving time to relax instead of chasing cats around with a comb all night :) top marks for great product."

"Have had Miele Vacuums previously and changed to a different manufacturer a few years ago which made me appreciate the quality of Miele products. I have now replaced that vac. with the Miele and am pleased with its performace and it is good value for money.The tools can be placed in two locations and I have found clipping them onto the body of the vac. works best for me, although it is necessary to reach down for them."
