"Very pleased with this vacuum: it replaces a different make which I found heavy and awkward. This is light, easy running, has a longer hose and longer flex.and is easy to empty without the cost of those one-use bags!
From a design point of view: I would prefer the "start" and the "flex" buttons to be better defined, it is difficult to see the icon from a standing position.. And I would like the handle to be just a little longer (even fully extended). These are minor comments which I notice only because it is new to me and is different to my old one. Overall, a very good buy."

"I was very disappointed with my Vax. It failed to pick up the dog hairs as advertised, and in the 10 days that I owned it the engine cut out three times. It only started working again after the filters had been cleaned and the engine had cooled down. On the fourth occasion it cut out and failed to work again. Disappointingly even when it was working the results were less than satisfactory."

"A great little cleaner for the price. Amazing suction power, quality build and tools just wish the telescopic tube was longer as quite back-aching having to stoop."
