"Only used it a few times to clean out our Motorhome, strong sucking action picks up crumbs, etc, folding spout very handy for getting into those nooks and crannies, overall a good buy."

design flaw

"I thought this was the perfect purchase until I came to read the instructions! There aren't many of them BUT it proved IMPOSSIBLE to 'flip' the nozzle into place. The main reason I chose this model was because of the nozzle to get into crevices and try as I might I could not flip this into place. I was on the point of returning it to Argos and decided to ask a friend to try. She did it immediately and I asked her how. Brute force was her answer. Now I work out at a gym and am not a weak old woman but no way could I do this and now am too worried to flip the nozzle back! My friend thought it may be magnetic but it doesnt say so in the instructions. This seems to be a desing flaw in what should be a perfect little hoover."

"This machine just did not come up to standard. I cannot think why Hoover put out such a poor product. Certainly the quality did not match its price."
