"This vacuum has amazing suction and judging by the amount of dust and hair collected when I used it for the first time it clearly reaches places other vacuums do not!
I also like the way you can clip your tools onto the hose so that you can carry them around with you easily.
The turbo tool is excellent as is the upholstery tool - I am enjoying vacuuming at the moment - long may it last"

"we needed a reasonably priced cleaner for a dusty, white carpeted flat with a malting dog. the vacumn works wonders and with all the little fittings its handy on furniture too. The power is awesome and it was amazing to see just how much was collected. Definitely a fine purchase and would certainly recommended"

"Reserve and collect was effortless.
Product very good - excellent suction. Variable suction useful. I have two dogs and this hoover has no problem removing all the hairs."

If you have pets steer clear

"What can I say, if I could give this a negative star rating it would be minus 5.
I have a couple of dogs and fed up with the 'bagged' vacuum I had been using so went for the bag-less canister type this time round. An important point was this machine was sold as a 'pet hair' machine.
In just over 1 week the central suction chamber (that causes the 'cyclone effect' became completely blocked every 2 days.
I understand these type of machined create a cyclone air flow within the canister that throws the dust a dirt outwards, which then drop to the bottom and gradually fills the canister.
With pet hair this principle does not seem to work and these appear to form long strands that collect in the middle of the 'cyclone' (a bit like the eye of the storm), and are then sucked into the the central chamber. On 3 occasions I had to remove the central chamber and found it completely choked with pet hair, effectively making the machine stop sucking. On each occasion the canister was largely empty and there was no 'cyclone action' due to the reduced suction.
I would buy a bag-less machine again based on this experience. To their credit Argos gave me a refund with no quibbles."
