"Amazed at how much dirt this new cleaner has removed from carpets which I thought were clean. I think it needs a softer small brush for dusting, managed to get a set cheaply from e-bay which makes the cleaner complete."

"Good Points - Really Great suction. Not used all the attachments yet so can't comment on their efficiency. Love the compact design of this type/shape hoover. Build quality of hoover itself very good and sturdy.
Bad Points - Metal pipe too short & flexi pipe too long, at 5ft 2 i'm not tall but have to stoop more with this one, also when using the storage hook you have trouble tucking flexi pipe out of the way. Attacments / handle / flexible pipe seem flimsy compared to my last hoover so not sure will last 10 yrs. No built in storage for attachments so you need a big bag/box to keep attachments not in use, clip on small attachments do not stay in place when using hoover.
Would recommend for suction power / ability , but the product design faults above let it down."
