"I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and it never failed my expectations. Compared with my previous vacuum cleaners, it is super light and easy to use and my carpets are cleaner than ever before. I only wish that there was a version without the disposable bags."

"gone back to this make after having purchased a vax cylinder for a changed, what a mistake i spent more time cleaning filters than hoovering !!!! this one just plug ang go great for the dog hairs too and no messy filters."

"Panasonic is a well known brand famous for high quality products so I it comes as no great surprise for me to say this is a very good vacuum cleaner. It's more of a "does what it says on the tin" product than a "wow your vacuum looks awesome" one. It's definitely the easiest to assemble in my experience and comes with free bags with one even included in the machine. It's solidly built while being extremely light. Suction is excellent and bagged vacuum cleaners have always been more reliable in my opinion. My only (really picky) comment is perhaps a little expensive for what it is."
