"Instructions are by picture not written. You would think this would make it easier?! After battling with which bit goes where, I'm really pleased with my George! Just a point though, theres loads of bits to him, so you need adequate storage space. He's quite light to use, very easy to clean and a long power cable makes life easier."

"Great all round 3 in 1 no complaints so far.
Used on stair carpet no problems will be used in my car at weekend hope it does as good a job on upholstery as on carpets.
Included in box was a bottle of shampoo so its was able to use it straight away.
I would recommend this product."

"Excellent dry vacuum cleaning and the shampoo function has freshened up the carpets. Some marks on the carpet have also been cleaned away by George. The control over the shampoo output is a good feature. Fairly easy to change from dry to wet vacuuming. Very pleased I bought him!"
