"have owned these hoovers before, tried a different one last time but wasnt impressed and went back to one of these, picks up great, neat and lightweight compared to my previous, only thing i would be careful with is the button that changes the position of the hoover from standing upright to when you need it angled to hoover - if you know what i mean. you must wear shoes or slippers and press down firmly with your foot before moving its position, if it clicks it means you are doing it wrong and eventually will break (happened to me a few times) otherwise great."

"I chose this product, as my dislike of cleaning the filter on my previous bagless VAX cleaner. This is much easier to use and a lot quieter. Only small gripe, is that it needs a handle clip for the cable, when using it."

"Bought this to replace my old bagged Hoover which I'd had for 9 years. This Hoover feels a little less well made but performs great. Hope this one lasts 9 years too."

Another Good Product From A Trusted Brand

"I have had a Hoover vacuum cleaner for years and after a good look at other models decided just to update what I already had and trusted. I prefer a bagged cleaner as it's easy and clean to empty. The power is excellent and the different pile settings means I get a great clean from the kitchen floor to my wool pile rug. It does seem a bit more plastic than the previous model but that makes t lighter for carrying up and down the stairs. The only negatives I would have is that the hose is meant to reach up the stairs but it doesn't seem to stretch out that well and the lead is shorther than my previous one. Very pleased over all."
