amazing! magic!! I bought this item inspite of bad reviews! the make is one of the most known in Italy and infact I knew it was a good quality product. It is strong and easy to use. I haven't used it for the floor as I have wood and it is easy to clean with just a mop, but brilliant for bathrooms, kitchen etc. Best purchase ever. 05 June 2013

LOVE IT! Its my new favourite thing! Doesn't leave anything that is cleaned too wet, is easy to use and comes complete with clear instructions. A water level is the only thing that it could do with, so you know when the machine is running low. Other than that, I am not one that loves cleaning, but this makes cleaning anything from floors to interior of cars, windows to outside furniture very very easy. I've been addicted to using it and its results. Happy. 04 June 2013

Good I have used on laminate flooring and built in wardrobe doors with good results. Best to boil the kettle and fill up the tank so it makes steam quicker. It could do with a water level gauge but it hasn't ran out of water/ steam when I've used it. Make sure you purge out any condensate so steam flows through properly before attaching nozzles/ attachments to prevent puddles! 29 May 2013
