"iam very pleased with this machine the one ipicked up was damaged the store got a replacement within a couple of days they also helped putting the machine together i had a bissell before but the vax is easier to fill and empty and i have only used it twice but very happy with the results it is not to heavy to push around nice helpful staff"

"best machine ever i bought, we couldn't believe the color of the water!!! this machine gives life back to your carpet, don't get the one with simple brush cause it wont do much, the rotating brush-bar makes big difference, you can put drop of fairy & bleach to help getting better result. buy with no regret ;-)"

"This was the best value for money carpet cleaner I could find that features a hand tool to do car interiors, sofas etc. as well as carpets. Pay close attention to the instructions during assembly as they're not the best. After that all tooling/hoses are stored onboard so difficult to lose attachments. Noticed a huge difference on carpets which were a bit worse for wear after some home improvements. When using the hose attachment, particularly in a car, watch out for the spray from the nozzle - can be a bit wide of the mark. Overall, very impressed."
