Amazed at cleaning power, almost dry carpet. Well worth the investment no more expensive than a good vacuum cleaner, and a free 6 year guarantee.
Could improve.
Instructions need to be clearer especially the diagrams, but as a 60+ female I sussed it out. Quite heavy and very noisy, and found it tricky to replace the clean water container. Sort these and I would definitely give 5 stars."

"great machine - easy to fill and empty and not to heavy to use - does an excellent job on normal household grime and brings tired carpets back to life - very pleased - would recommend"

"best cleaner i have ever used. comes already setup ready to use , carpets come up a dream, also like the rinse mode which lets you take up all the cleaning sulution and carpets are just about dry when finished, only thing some people might find awkward is it is a heavy machine but i didnt find that a prob."

"I had decided to buy a vax that was a couple of models down from this one, but it was such a bargain at the time that I bought this one instead. Really pleased with it - very easy to put together when you first take it out of the box and extremely simple to use. Would def recommend."
