Unlike fixed wheel upright vacuum cleaners, the DC24 Multi Floor rides on a ball, which pivots so that you can steer around furniture and obstacles with a turn of the wrist. "Delighted with our purchase, old vacuum cleaner had died, just before a house full of relatives visiting. The Dyson bagless saved the day especially as they took our defunct vacuum cleaner off our hands, with a good discount too.

"Have had 2 cylinder dysons prior to this purchase which have both been excellent however decided to try the new ball model and am amazed at how light it is, tools work well too. OLd cylinder still in good working order and now has new home at my daughters!!"
