Useful, but not actually "universal"! This is good, glad I bought it, my daughter's nearly 9 months old and just gone into a group 1 car seat, and I think that without this her head would flop around when she was asleep. Worth it for smaller babies. Just be aware though that you can't actually secure it to a Maxi Cosi SPS group 1 car seat, because it is meant to attach using the velcro from the front adjusting harness, and on this car seat you adjust it from the back. I didn't realise this until after I bought it because it doesn't say anywhere (it says it is universal on the packaging), didn't think it was worth returning it though because you can just slot it in to the top shoulder harness slot and it does stay in place. I think they should make this clearer though on the product information. 11 January 2012
