"This item is OK.
It's easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough. Some of the interior items are a bit flimsy (such as the pillows).
The chimneys fall off a little too easily but these have been remedied with a small blob of blu-tak. The stairs also fall off a bit too easily although they too have now been stuck into place with a small blob of blu-tak!
However, the price & the fact it is a wooden dolls house still makes this a decent item to purchase."

"Reserving on line was great as I know they had the product in stock and picked it up later.
The product was self assembly and was quite easy to put together but some of the screws are small and it went together o.k. The house when it was all put together was very good and was pleased with the result.
Also the furniture and the small dolls that were included were good."

waste of money.

"Cheap, poor build quality and does not fit together properly. Fell apart within an hour of being played with by our daughter. Returned back to shop within days of being built. We didn't expect it to last forever, but it should survive for a few months before falling apart at least."

"I certainly would not recommend this to a friend, the only reason it wasn't returned was because it was Christmas Eve when we constructed the house and realised how flimsy it was."
