Safety Gates Explained
Safety gates can be fitted at the top and bottom of stairs, as well as to prevent your baby getting into certain rooms. Gates are usually suitable up to 24 months, but remember this is only a guide - some children are naturally more active and inquisitive than others! All of our safety gates comply with BS EN 1930. Remember... as safety gates vary in width it is important to select one that will fit securely, so don't forget to measure the gap to make sure the safety gate you choose fits perfectly. Make sure you regularly check the gate is fitted tightly to avoid accidents.

Excellent - but difficult to separate sections.

"Originally purchased one of these 10 years ago and had problems separating the sections. Purchased another one this year and sections are even harder to separate with new push in pin system. However it is an excellent product once erected and has several uses."

Handy and humane

"So far so good, have been using for about 2 weeks now. Very sturdy and can't be gotten out of or knocked over. Flexible so can be bent into a different shape other than a hexagon, mine is in a pentagon shape so it doesn't block the tv. Seems to be good quality. I much prefer this to the netting playpens or travel cots as the bars mean she is still a major part of the room and not as enclosed, her view of everything is not obstructed. Also a lot bigger than a travel cot so more humane. Be aware that this product is extremely heavy in a large box and so unless you're a body building woman you will need a strong man or home delivery to obtain this item. Also be aware the item stands quite tall so if like us you have a small front room you need to make arrangement for the height as well as the width (when first assembled at the edge of our room it completely obscured eyeline to television) The whole thing is heavy to carry but if just moving it out the way at the end of the day it pushes along easily. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and can keep my daughter safe and able to play with her toys whilst I shower and cook dinner :)"
