I bought this just before Christmas for a 4 year old grandchild. My only criticism is that it is difficult to assemble because the poles are very tight fitting. Otherwise, I considered it good value and appropriate. Folds into a handy sized bag so easy to transport. Low to the floor so in my opinion, ideal for a child. We did not try it with an adults weight so cannot comment on the advised weight limit. No obvious problems apart from tricky assembly. I cannot really comment on comfort but my grandson settled and slept all night on this camp bed so I think he found it comfortable.

No, this line does not have any fire retardant chemical added. It does not have a fire retardant label on the fabric. The reason is, this is one layer of fabric without any filling. It is not in the scope of furniture and furnishing regulations.
