"I had been doing a lot of walking when I bought this treadmill about 5 miles a day, so was fit for it. It is an excellent treadmill incline is a must have I workout on it about an hr a day, great for wet days, I walk at a speed of 7kph and incline every 5 mins 3 kph til I reach highest incline then go down 3kph every 5 mins, I have lost loads of weight feel really good, you do get very hot and build up a sweat so open the windows or turn fan on if you have one! Plug in your iPod and enjoy!"
