"After Returning This Product The First Time Because The Bolt That Attaches The Legs To The Rotating Arms Does Not Fit. It Turns Out All You Have To Do Is Very Slightly File The Inside Threading As There Is A Clearly A Manufacture Fault With The Threading (Occurred On Both Machines). It Goes Together Easily & Quickly Othewise. As For Use, As Other Reviews Said, You Do Knock (And Bruise!!) Your Knee On The Tension Control Box If You Get Too Comfortable On It And Go Fast! A Lot Effort To Use To Ensure You Don't Slip Forwards And Not Knock Your Knee, But It's Cheap And Compact"

"This Cross Trainer is brilliant!... dont get me wrong it is no joy to fit together, but once you realise that some of the bolts are already in place and stop jumping up and down squeeling in frustration cos you cant find them in the box... it does get easier. It is a really good work out, even on the lowest level you can feel the burn, but the lower the level the louder the creaking the machine makes. As long as you dont mind that then this is the product for you! Enjoy!"

"It was fairly straightforward to put together, but you do need two people. Would have struggled on my own. It is fantastic to use. It is very quiet, the difference between the tensions mean that you get a proper workout. I actually prefer this to the one in the gym! It is also not too bulky, so doesn't take up loads of space. Well worth the money."
