"Good machine, good value, well made and not to loud, ideal as my wife has a back injury and this helps her workout without putting too much strain on her back. Could benefit from better fitness instructions but otherwise Good."

"This power plate is a strong bit of gear. It's powerfull motor and strong frame work makes it a valued member to our keep fit room. Worth it's weight in gold, it does want you want it to do.Shake rattle and roll those inches away and makes you feel good as well. well worth buying

"LOVE THIS VIBRATING PLATE. BETTER AND MORE POWERFUL THAN FITNESS FIRST`S PLATES. I`VE GOT BULGING DISCS AND SCIATICA AND DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE, AND FIND THIS EASES THE PAIN, AND IT ALLOWS ME TO EXERCISE. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! LOWEST PRICE AT ARGOS."
