"3 hours to put together and ready for use. Creaks abit when using max weights but for muscle toning and general fitness it fits the bill."

"This is a great home Gym! Originally i wanted the next model up from this (The 100kg) but it was £200 more, so i settled for this.. Glad i did because with this Gym(50kg) it gives you the option of doubling the weight Ratio anyway, by simply inserting a metal pin into a slot on the pulleys it becomes a 100kg home Gym! so you get virtually the same Gym for a lot less!"

"for the price i dont think it can be beat ,very sturdy when i opened up boxes and emptied parts saw instructions i thought it was a little beyond me but took it one step at a time ,took about 3 and half hours on my own to assemble .im very happy with end product ."
