"Highly recommended, easy to assemble, fast walking (for me) at 5.5 kph, or running at up to 12 kph, it gets your heart pumping and gives your leg muscles a good workout.
Had mine for two weeks now and its used daily.
I love it! Only thing I would liked to have seen is mph as well as kph, for all us people of a certain age!
And of course, it doesnt matter what the weather is, switch on and go!"

"We wanted a treadmill to get fitter and this is very suitable for its purpose.
It is heavy but that was expected for a treadmill but it was easy to put together although you do need two people as it says.The range of speeds is good for everyone and it is easy to understand and use. Perhaps the only other thing we would have liked was the ability to swop between Metric and Imperial (for older people!) but at least with metric it looks like you've gone further."
