"We wanted a treadmill to get fitter and this is very suitable for its purpose.
It is heavy but that was expected for a treadmill but it was easy to put together although you do need two people as it says.The range of speeds is good for everyone and it is easy to understand and use. Perhaps the only other thing we would have liked was the ability to swop between Metric and Imperial (for older people!) but at least with metric it looks like you've gone further."

"we had this treadmill befor and it was all good for 2 years then it broke ! so we ordered another one the one that came was broken the running belt was puckered second one came fairly quickly and we had delivery fee re inbursed for our troubles this one was still slightly puckered but managed to bend it under and is ok but when jogging on the treadmill it does squeak a bit but overall it does the job and i suppose you get what you pay for and this is at the cheapest end of the price range !"

"Product is great. It is heavy and will need to of you to move it into place etc, but it is great, Both me and the wife constantly use it, and even my oldest boyu has started to use it. Simple to operate and manage. Would recommend this to anyone."

Delighted with my choice

"Having decided to purchase a folding treadmill to use in the home, I was overwhelmed by the amount of choice. I felt uneasy about purchasing such an item over the Internet - I have virtually no experience of using gym equipment. I had decided to do so because I have Parkinson's Disease and I had read that walking in time to music had been proved helpful in maintaining mobility and using a treadmill seemed a safer option than the pavements around my home. A physio recommended Argos as a very trustworthy supplier and one who would be helpful if problems arose with the purchase. Hopefully I won't need to check this out! So far, so good. I am completely satisfied with my Pro Fitness Treadmill - it suits my purpose perfectly and my family are also very impressed with it. Reading the reviews for this product helped me to make up my mind, so thank you everyone for leading me in the right direction. I am also most impressed with the service I received from Argos and I'm glad to have the opportunity to say so. It was a pm delivery and the men kept me informed during the morning of their progress which was very very helpful. They were efficient and pleasant and helpful when making the delivery and altogether the Argos personnel have shown a very professional approach - thank you."
