Challenge Folding 26 Inch Trekking Bike - Unisex. so far so good...last two months... 19 May 2015
good folding alternative i use this bike for my 6.5 mile commute and have limited storage space.i am a little over the weight limit but have had no problems.the carry handle at the bottom of the frame and the weight would limit any off road use but the bike isn't really for that.if you want to commute and want a bike that is a bit faster than other folding bikes it is an excellent cheap alternative 14 May 2015
Good Looking Folding Bike The bike looks much better than most folding bikes. Assembly was relatively easy. Good for the price. Can fit into the boot of a normal sized saloon 13 May 2015
good bike for money I bought this bike as I dont have the space for a normal one it was quite easy to put together and it is easy to fold.only downside is the seat is like sitting on concrete it has to be the most uncomfortable thing ever so I've had to invest in a gel seat cover and now the bike is enjoyable to ride. 08 May 2015

Inside Leg specification

1 year, 3 months ago
The webpage still says "31 to 34 inch inside leg measurements."

Answers here are contradictory:

... the leg size for a 26inch bike is 26 inches to 32 inches. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused.

... With the Challenge Folding 26 Inch Trekking Bike - Unisex, the frame is 17 inches, which means it is suitable for a 30-31.9 inch inside leg measurement (one inch less than the 31 inches listed).

Please clarify once again.

Hello there,

I would advise checking with the Train company that you would be using as some trains have bike racks, storage areas etc that you could use but some may not.

Answer:
The bike I recieved (May 2014) included folding pedals. Just press in the release button on the inside of the pedal.
It doesnt make a lot of difference to the size, but its something. The biggest part is the handle bars - the only way to fold these is to use the allen key to release and lock everytime you use the bike

how easy is the folding mechanism, do you need any tools/screw driver or is it just a lock/unlock clip.

Answer:
The main folding mechanism is easy - flip the release leave, yank the bike up and twist to fold. Sadly there is no easy system for the handle bars, you will need to use allen key to loosen and twist.
The hard bit is lifting and moving the bike once it is folded. My tip is to use velcro straps to stop it flapping about.
