"Bought for riding to college but will be buying a different saddle as it's very uncomfortable for an every day commute. Other than that it's a good value bike."

"Good strong bike but don't think the inside leg measure is correct. I am 5 ft 2 and I can't put my feet on the bottom without standing up."

"Exceptional customer service when I asked for an exchange due to the bike being delivered with buckled wheels. Second one was slightly better. Managed to fix with extra tools I had to purchase elsewhere. Have replaced the saddle aswell. In short you get what you pay for. Cheap price, cheap quality. Does look good though."

"Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the bike, front wheel was slightly buckled/disfigured, paintwork was scratched, the brakes did not fit or work properly and its just an awfully made bike. Don't buy any challenge bikes they're cheap made without a cheap price. Disgusted."

"Took on holiday and was off it more than was on it! Gears Slipped continually and chain fell off repeatedely!"
