"I reserved the item for store pick up - brilliant, easy peasy - then the fun started - the box was rather damaged and my husband struggled putting the bike together, the plastic parts were not well cut and didn't give much confidence, also the wheels need pumping up, which I must have missed when reading the product description. all in all less than I expected for the price I paid but my daughter loves the design so that is what counts, as she can't ride by herself yet, we will have to wait and see how the quality continues."
