"Good, solid set of weights for medium level training. Lots of quite small discs so probably need to be supplemented with some extra 5kg or 10kg for more advanced training."

"Bought this as my first set of weights, after reading other reviews. Very pleased with this as a beginner's weights set. Retaining spin collars easy and secure to use. Can make up lots of weight combinations, so increasing weight gradually. Exercises sheet is a useful reference for getting started. Soon planning to add more weights!"
