"This is a fantastic piece of equipment. I suffer from lower back pain and I am restricted to what type of exercise I can do but using the Ab Trainer has not given me any back pain at all. I have been using it for over a week now and can see the difference already. I would certainly recommend this to friends"

"It does do exzactly what it says, but I iwsh I had just bought the small one that u use on the floor... its smaller, does exactly the same as this, if not better...this is always in my way. if you cant get on to the floor then this could be for you"

"The Pro Power Ab is easy to put together, and very robust. I use it for sit-ups mainly and I've found that as long as I use it regularly I can definitely see the results. It gives great support to the back, too, which makes exercising so much more comfortable. I must be pleased with it, as I've bought my mum one for Christmas!"

"Not bad it does the job for upper abdo but I still don't get the support for my lower back as I fuffer from bad lower back pain so I can only do a few maybe about ten sit up and take a break,
It's easy to attch together I did it on my own you don't need help or have someone to guide you it's straight forward follwing the instructions it's worth the money."
