"I'm nearly 50 so don't need lots of heavy weights. The 35kg is just enough to spread between the bar and dumbells without having to change them around all the time and get a reasonable workout."

"Nice feel, out of the ordinary. Friendly to the hands and of good quality.
Drawback is that there some little noise, coming from small particles inside the weights. Also, the fastening of the weights to the bars is not so secure."

"If your training in your house i would recommend as its not noisy or clunky like the metal ones .Only reason i've giving it a 4 star is cause you'll find that the dumb bells can look awful big in size if your planning to get bigger weights .but all round this is an excellent beginner pack for starting off weight training"
