"Price is very good for what you get. Easy to set up/change the weights around. Not too light but not too heavy. I use them nearly everyday and have noticed a change already, great product."

Watch the weights don't fall off

"Bar and weight's are all good for the price but the plastic locking nuts are not man enough for the job and work lose easily. I put the both sets on (other set from the bar bells) as locking nuts but they still come lose as you are lifting with them. There is a possibility of them slipping and you may become unbalanced. They should be metal ones."
