"Was a bit wary about buying & using one of these, but after the xmas break feeling a bit podgy.
Saw these on offer and me & mf G/F decided to try these out.
2 Weeks on all I can say is really worth the money.
If you sit at home all day eating junk, dont expect to buy this & have a 6 pack after a few weeks use.
I combine this with at least a 3mile walk everyday & as said 2 weeks I can really notice a difference."

Best Thing Ever

"I bought this product think that it wouldn’t really do much but added to my normal exercise within the first week I had lost 1inch from round my waist. Would defiantly recommend to anyone, doesn’t perform miracles but if used everyday and do sit-ups is the best."
