This single handled rower is a great value for money way to work out at home. Improve cardiovascular fitness and tone muscles all round, adjust the tension control for a more or less intensive workout. When not in use this machine folds away for easy storage. Folds away for storage. Air resistance system. Single handle rowing style. "Easy to put together, excellent rower just as good as gym rowers, the only downfall with ours is that the distance display doesn't work and you cannot phone the manufacturer the only contact is by email and i am still waiting to hear back nearly two wks now. all other display works OK i may have just been unlucky. Would not put anyone off of buying this product."

"If you are committed and you know how to work with the machine. Then, in the first week you will feel your whole body active. ( just 30min a day for 5 days a week)). Its work"

"happy with purchase easy to build and solid frame. i fold it away everyday, not sure if the rowing belt will last forever this way, as it rubs on frame. great workout for all strengths. very happy"

"have had this for 3 weeks now..seems to be fairly well made..easy to assemble..better resistance than i was lead to believe..pulling hard after ten minutes gets you glowing!!..lets see how it is after 6 months!!"

"I read the reviews and like most, discounted the few bad reviews. However this product really is junk.
The resistance is non existent. OK it says the harder you pull the more resistance is given, sadly this is not the case. I even just stood and pulled as hard and fast as possible on the handle, resistance didn't change.
I got a better work out from buying it, unpacking and setting it up, then packing it back up for a refund than from trying to use it.
Argos service was great though, shame about the product."
