good starter supplement

"i use this not as recommended but 2 to 3 weekly after long (over 5 miles) runs as a beginner recovery was taking longer and this seems to have helped a lot recently, is a good support to recovery and muscle growth but pricey so do a google shopping search first."

"Cyclone certainly does work - the Chocolate isn't my favorite one so hence the 4 stars but if you train hard 3 times a week and follow what the reccommendations are then you certainly see/feel the results. Simply taking this and not pushing it at the gym will not work - you need to put the effort in too!"

"for the price u pay i would not bother as it did not last me 2 weeks taking the recommended dose. and that was a 1.2kg size"

"this is a very good product, it mixes well and it does work, ive used it for just over a month and i have put on half a stone, by bady mass has increased also. taists great to, chocolate and the strwberry ones i have tried and there great."
